Targowica, orange and black abstract painting
COLLECTION01

TAR

GOWICA

Some colours are inherited. Targowica takes its orange from a single piece of hand-woven wool, carried from Galicia to Canada by a fifteen-year-old weaver. More than a century later, K_SICK paints with what that cloth kept: patience, warmth and the refusal to fade.

Dots Dots Dots, four square panels of black circles framing pale empty faces
COLLECTION02

DOTS

DOTS

DOTS

Reduced to its simplest shape, a painting still has a pulse. Dots Dots Dots holds form at its purest, balanced between symmetry and chance, the exact and the imperfect. What looks like order is, up close, entirely human.

Departed, a black form beneath a band of coloured textured paint, hung in a white gallery
COLLECTION03

DE

PART

ED

The mind at full volume. We fight, we flee, we love, and somewhere in between the heart breaks. Some moments arrive as noise and scattered colour; others land as one dark, simple shape. Twelve works on what no life escapes, and what we would never give back.

Transformation, a sprayed black form dissolving into pale grey
COLLECTION04

TRANS

FORMATION

We are rarely who we think we are. Under pressure, something shifts, and a stronger self steps forward. Transformation traces that quiet becoming: the moment a person, or a shape, emerges as more than it was.

Mona, a stippled face partly hidden behind a grid of black circles and squares
COLLECTION05

MONA

The most famous face in the world, taken apart. Mona reduces the portrait to dots, circles and blocks, and still she looks back. Twelve works on how deeply an image can settle into us, recognised even when almost nothing of it remains.

Descendance, a blue sprayed head form over a white to orange to red gradient, on a white wall
COLLECTION06

DE

SCEN

DANCE

Descent is never graceful. We lose footing, faith, each other. Descendance sits in that fall, in colour that burns and bleeds toward the dark. But even going down, there is movement. Sometimes all we can do is dance.

Large black, white and grey abstract painting of fractured interlocking forms
SINGLE WORKSOUTSIDE THE SERIES

FRAG

MENTS

Works that belong to no series. Each one a fragment of the larger narrative, standing on its own.

I Fall Apart, square canvas on a textured white wall
COLLECTION07

I

FALL

APART

Some pain has no origin you can point to. I Fall Apart gives it a face: obscured, fragmented, held in place by an order that never quite holds. Nine works on isolation, abandonment and the moments that do not mend.

Fractured, a head-like oval of fine black lines over textured cream and ochre
COLLECTION08

FRAC

TURED

Broken promises. Broken intentions. A broken world, and the minds trying to hold it together. Fractured traces the cracks we carry: the conflict, the missing love, the endless reach for more. Twelve faces, none of them whole. Neither are we.

SuperRich, three framed photographs hung one above another on a pale gallery wall
PHOTO SERIES09

SUPER

RICH

These aren’t portraits of fortune. They are portraits of fortitude. SuperRich is an ode to the survivors: those who’ve endured life’s heaviest losses and came out the other side, not unscarred, but undeniably alive.

The Weight of Light, thick pink and neon green brushstrokes over deep navy
COLLECTION10

THE

WEIGHT

OF LIGHT

TWOL explores the quiet tension between color, texture, and emotion. Each piece balances softness and strength, where neon edges meet muted gradients and bold gestures fade into silence. The collection reflects how even light can feel heavy, carrying the mood of memory, time, and touch across the canvas.

Night Swim, square canvas of cream and turquoise with a broken black horizon, leaning against a studio wall
COLLECTION11

NIGHT

SW_M

Every night the mind goes under. In the dark it sorts what the day could not hold, folding fear and grief into quiet compartments so we can face them. Nine works on the rooms we build while we sleep, and the morning that arrives anyway.

Fade Away, dark grey and soft white abstract painting
COLLECTION12

FADE

AWAY

Rothko said he painted only basic human emotions: tragedy, ecstasy, doom. Fade Away borrows his language of soft-edged blocks and lets the colour drain toward black. What fades is the noise. What stays is felt, not read.
